• Q: What is StonkHub?
  A: StonkHub is a stock prediction game — Moon or Doom — where you call any stock bullish (🌙 Moon) or bearish (💀 Doom), set a target date, and get graded against the actual closing price when time's up. Win enough calls and you climb the Oracle Leaderboard. We also track r/wallstreetbets sentiment in real time, run 50+ signal-detection strategies, and surface options flow and technical setups — all free to explore, no credit card required.
• Q: What is Moon or Doom?
  A: Moon or Doom is StonkHub's prediction game. Pick any stock, call it bullish (🌙 Moon) or bearish (💀 Doom), set a target date up to 30 days out, and we grade your call against the actual closing price when time's up. Right call = win. Wrong call = loss. No money, no margin, no risk — just your conviction on the record.
• Q: How does grading work?
  A: When your target date arrives, we compare the stock's closing price to the price when you made your call. Moon calls win if the stock closed higher. Doom calls win if it closed lower. Every graded pick updates your oracle win rate and running streak — automatically, no action needed from you.
• Q: What is an oracle score?
  A: Your oracle score is your all-time public record: win rate, total picks, current streak, and longest streak. Anyone can view your profile and see exactly how your calls have played out. The leaderboard ranks all traders by win rate (minimum 5 picks to qualify), so the best callers earn a permanent public reputation.
• Q: Is this financial advice?
  A: No. StonkHub surfaces patterns and sentiment — it does not recommend trades. Always do your own research and consult a licensed advisor before making investment decisions.
• Q: How do subscriptions and billing work?
  A: You can start for free with our Free tier (daily summary, top trending stocks, basic WSB feed). Upgrade to Plus for real-time updates, full trending, alerts, and watchlists. Billing is handled securely by Stripe and you can cancel anytime from your account settings.
• Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
  A: Go to Profile → Billing and click 'Manage Subscription' to open the Stripe customer portal, where you can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Q: Do you offer refunds?
  A: No — all sales are final. We do not provide refunds, partial credits, or pro-rated returns for any reason, including unused subscription time, accidental renewals, or buyer's remorse. Cancel anytime from Profile → Billing to prevent future charges. If you believe a charge was made in error after a successful cancellation, email [email protected] within 7 days and we'll investigate the billing records.
• Q: Where does your data come from?
  A: Sentiment data comes from public r/wallstreetbets posts and comments (via the Reddit API). Our signals and analytics (technical indicators, options flow, Greeks-derived metrics) are computed from professional-grade market data feeds. We do not redistribute raw market data — only our own derived signals and aggregates.
